Penmaenmawr beach will become a hive of activity and the highlight of the Thunder Tour for 2009; action-packed entertainment on and off the water. One weekend not to miss, something for everyone! Thunder Tour has had a fantastic welcome by the North Wales community especially around Penmaenmawr, Conwy and Llandudno! The whole weekend will focus on all aspects of the community, their fantastic talented artists, sportsmen and women, food and funfairs. There’s something for everyone a weekend 'definitely not to miss!' On the water action: Thundercat Racing; Thunderbolt Racing; ThunderKids; 'Have a go' sailing and powerboating; Jet Ski Demonstrations; Wind and kite surfing plus lots more. On the land action: 'Have a go' kite activities; Rugby 7's; Dog rescue and advanced mountain safety demonstrations; Food & Craft village; mystic meg to tattoo parlour; graffiti artists to W.I; Adrenaline funfair; Live music and Bar – there’s something for everyone what ever your age; special disability VIP viewing area.
Saturday night will see the 20th celebration of the Penmaenmawr Promenade and 5 years of being awarded the blue flag with the ‘Party on the Prom’ Live music and bar... Public transport will be provided via trains, buses and Park & Ride schemes to help elevate traffic congestion.

Inkaholic - Tatoo's, Turbulance Angels (all girls Kite-surfing team), Adrenaline Funfair, Graffiti artists, Rock the River bar, clothing - Lazy Jacks and more, outdoor equipment - Millets, bouncy castle and loads more!
Bands include: Andy Scott-Lee (Saturday night and Sunday afternoon)
Pinc Ffloyd Tribute band (Sunday 1pm - 2pm)
James Stone and Band (Saturday night)
Fusion (boy band - over the weekend)... plus loads more!
