Role in team: Event Organisation - this involves everything from finding the venue to ensuring the event runs smoothly, even if she has to wade out to waist high in the water!
Sophie Pascoe: Lives: Southampton, Hampshire
Role in Team:Race Secretary and Lapcounter - Can often be seen in the middle of a field surrounded by paperwork and a filing cabnet.

David Drew: Lives: Poole, Dorset
Role in team:Assisting with everything from marshal to event organisation - he has even been spotted in the kitchen with a pinny on!
Jacky Baker: Lives: Sussex
Role in team: Officer of the day (O.O.D) - taking control of the racing and drivers throughout an event.
Glen Baker: Lives: Sussex
Role in team: Cheif Scrutineer - ensuring all boats are racing within the rules as well as assisting with any technical queries.
Gill Hudson: Lives: Liverpool
Role in team: Assistant Scrutineer and timekeeper - assisting Glen with the technical side of things as well as when necessary overseeing timekeeping.
Maria Haysom: Lives: Cardiff, Wales
Role in team: Marshall/Catering - Maria can either be found on the beach with a red and yellow flag or otherwise in the kitchen assisting Hillary.
Grant Harrison: Lives: Whiteley, Hampshire
Role in team: Comentator - often seen assisting Anton with the comentary. Grant tends to talk more into the history of racing whilst Anton adds the comical side.
