Luke says: "I work on the management and finance side of the business. I love toys - especially ones that go quick on water. I started Splash with Glyn and Ad to give everyone else out there a little taster of what I'm talking about!"

Everyone else says: "Luke is our resident speed freak. He likes anything that goes quick and can scare the hell out of him - powerboats, jet skis, cars. But a little known fact is that raise him more than about 10 metres off the ground and he turns into a gibbering little girl. Yes, he's scared of heights. So don't think he's quite as hard as he'd like to think he is!"

Adrian says: "I work on the sales and marketing side of the business. I hate sales, but I owe my girlfriend lots of money. If I don't hit my targets, my girlfriend hits me (I blame the bruises on the sailing, but trust me they're not!)."

Everyone else says: "Adrian is a typical yachty - he has his yachtmaster ticket, a girlfriend in Fulham and a credit card bill to match. He takes great pleasure in winding Luke up about the tradition and advantage of sail over engine. He's also Mr Networking and unofficially holds the record for the most business cards ever handed out in one pub session."

Glyn says: "I work on the operations, branding and event management side of the business. My job requires an incredibly understanding girlfriend (Thanks Lizzie!), as it's not exactly your normal 9 to 5. I love the challenge of working for Splash - from delivering a project on a tight budget to developing large scale events, and getting it right."

Everyone else says: "Check out this photo below. Excuse the quality, but this photo lived in Turkey for 3 years. Which is where Glyn was supposed to be teaching waterskiing and wakeboarding. And yes that is him stood on a chair, balanced on a piece of wood while skiing behind a boat. Luckily he grew up not long after this photo was taken and has been working very professionally in event management for 5 years.  Next  trick  will be Glyn in  his own Thundercat in Portimao Portugal..... photos to follow!!
